What we collect
BuffettGrade does not require an account and does not ask you to sign in. The only user input the site processes is the stock ticker you type into the search box, which is sent to the server so the corresponding company data can be retrieved.
What we do not collect
- We do not ask for your name, email address, or portfolio.
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not run advertising trackers as part of the app itself.
Third parties
When you request an analysis, the ticker you entered is forwarded to Financial Modeling Prep to retrieve financial statements and ratios. That request is subject to Financial Modeling Prep's own privacy and terms.
The site is hosted on infrastructure that may keep standard server logs (IP address, request path, timestamp, user agent) for the purpose of operating the service, debugging, and abuse prevention. These logs are not used to build advertising profiles.
Cookies
BuffettGrade does not set marketing or analytics cookies by default. If that changes, we will update this page and, where required by law, ask for consent.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over personal data that we process (access, deletion, objection, portability). Because we do not maintain user accounts, the practical way to exercise these rights is to contact the operator at [add contact email] with enough detail for us to identify any records we may have.
Security
We take reasonable technical measures to protect the Service, but no online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Do not send us sensitive personal or financial information.
Children
